Shipping Policy

All packages are sent through Australia Post.

Tracked shipping is included for all international orders! Some smaller items to Australian addresses are sent without tracking but you have the option to upgrade at checkout.

All tracked packages will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the item has been shipped. You will be able to see where your package is on the auspost.com.au/mypost/track website or through the Australia Post mobile app (Google | Apple).

Shipping Times

All orders will be shipped as one package. Items are marked as “Ready to Ship” or “Made to Order” in the description. If order has a combination of both of these then the longest time frame will be used.

I ship Monday to Friday, excluding South Australian public holidays.

Ready to Ship Items
Orders that only have items marked as “Ready to Ship” will be sent in 1 – 3 days.

Made to Order & Custom Items
All Made to Order and Custom Orders are shipped within 7 – 14 days. If this cannot be done for some reason I will contact you and let you know.

Local Pickup Available

Pick up is available. If you are local to Adelaide, South Australia select “Local Pickup” during checkout to avoid shipping costs. Once your order is ready I will contact you to arrange pick up date and time. Please note that the pick up location is MODBURY NORTH or at one of the Markets I attend as a stallholder. See my Markets page for upcoming markets.

Shipping Costs

If you would like your package sooner you have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping during checkout.

All Australian Orders AU$150 or more will have FREE SHIPPING.

Outside of Australia:
Shipping costs vary by country. Your full shipping cost will be shown prior to checkout.

I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe or is damaged in transit, please contact me and I’ll do my best to rectify the situation.

Please Note. I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until 30 days for Australian deliveries and 60 days for International deliveries, from the date of shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address has been entered at the time of ordering. I cannot be liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to an incorrect delivery address.
